By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Important Security & Account Notice

Due to ongoing security issues and because we could not definitively identify the source of infected files, we performed a full forensic cleanup of our website. We have migrated to a new server, and no data from the previous system was retained to eliminate any risk of reinfection.

As a result:

  • All customers must create new accounts

  • No previous user data was transferred

Please note:

  • We do have secure copies of all previous orders

  • Customers with past or pending orders only need to contact us at

  • We will provide order details or tracking numbers as required

Payment Information (Temporary Update)

Due to repeated hacker attacks on our previous payment processor, automated payments are temporarily unavailable.

Customers may still place orders as normal. Payment must be completed manually via Bitcoin until a new secure processor is implemented.

Payment instructions:

  • Send the exact order total

  • Include your order number (found in My Account)

  • After payment, email your order number and blockchain transaction ID to

This is a temporary solution, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Information Update

At FXChem Labs, we aim to ship orders as safely and efficiently as possible.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Some destinations may have specific regulations or restrictions.

You are solely responsible for checking whether any item is legal and permitted for import into your country.

Shipping Options

We currently offer two shipping methods only:

Standard Shipping – $30

  • Sent in a very thin letter

  • Posted directly into a post box

  • Uses stamps

  • No reship under any circumstances

  • Shipping is entirely at the buyer’s risk

Tracked Shipping – $50

  • Sent in a very thin letter

  • Includes tracking within Spain

  • Generally tracked to your door

  • 25g maximum per letter

  • Orders over 25g will be split into multiple letters

  • No reship once shipped

Tracking Information

  • Tracking is included where available

  • Certified/letter tracking may not update once it leaves Spain

  • Tracking numbers will be available in the My Account section after dispatch

Customs, Risk & Responsibility

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country

  • Once shipped, responsibility passes to the buyer

  • We are not responsible for seizures, delays, or losses

  • You must verify legality before ordering

 

Age Restrictions

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this website

  • By placing an order, you confirm:

    • You are at least 18 years of age

    • You are the person whose name you provided

    • You are not ordering on behalf of, or supplying to, anyone under 18

  • Providing false information is an offence

  • FXChem Labs reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service if age is in doubt

Products & Intended Use

All products sold by FXChem Labs are sold strictly for research purposes only, including but not limited to:

  • GC/MS reference

  • Primary reagent testing

  • In-vitro receptor binding assays

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You will use products only in well-equipped facilities

  • You will employ all necessary safety equipment and procedures

  • You will conduct a full risk assessment before use

  • You will not engage in any activity that may cause harm to people or property

Legal Responsibility

  • You are responsible for checking the legality of all products in your country

  • We are not responsible for customers who violate local laws

  • You agree to indemnify FXChem Labs against prosecution or liability

  • All products are legally shipped from the EU

Payment of Orders

  • All orders must be paid in full before shipping

  • Orders are processed within up to 4 days, depending on:

    • Weekends

    • Holidays

    • Order volume

Bitcoin Payments

  • Bitcoin payments are anonymous

  • After sending payment, you must email:

    • Order number

    • Blockchain transaction ID

  • If payment is not confirmed within 14 days, it may not be matched

  • Unmatched or lost payments are not honoured

  • No goods will be sent without confirmed payment

Claims for Missing or Incorrect Items

  • Claims for missing items, incorrect items, or discrepancies must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Claims must be submitted by email

Amendments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once an order is marked shipped, no changes are possible

  • Amendments before shipping are not guaranteed

  • NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON
